Wood pellets are a sustainable energy source. Comprised of compacted sawdust and wood waste from lumber milling, wood pellets are used as fuel for cooking, heating, and power generation. For every ton of wood pellets burned instead of oil, CO2 emissions are reduced by 1.5 tons.
