In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, Cooper Consolidated (CC) assisted Cooper/T. Smith Mooring with locating and securing its mooring boats that were displaced by the storm. To express their gratitude, CTS Mooring, led by Boat Operator and resident chef Bradley Burdett, cooked and served up some delicious jambalaya for CC’s Darrow and Laplace teams. Due to limited food availability in work areas, Bradley also opened up his house as a food pantry, with food provided by CTS Mooring, for all Mooring employees. Bradley, known for using his passion for cooking to help those in need, even went a step further and opened his home up as a food pantry for the entire storm-ravaged community.
